About on the 12th day of 2 week trial of Norton Anti-Virus. Subscribed a couple of months ago, had computer problems and Restored computer. Stupidly (I know!!!) didn't have the subscription key number written down anywhere, but was saving the e-mail from them with the number. Of course, I lost it when I restored. I had paid extra to be able to get a second download should this type problem occur. NOW I have gone over and over their HELP section and cannot get it downloaded again. NEED TO SPEAK WITH A REAL PERSON!!! Does anyone know if this is a possibility?

Thanks! I've followed some more links and I think they charge $29.95 per incident to speak with them but waive it if the rep thinks it's the fault of their system.
Appreciate you help.

You can always install the software again and get the first year free. That's what I had to reformat my computer.

Norton does NOT provide support for NAV 2003 or 04 -- you get to figure out any problems on yer own!
If you send them an email, they will reply with nada -- just what I said above!
I learned this myself the hard way last month!
