For months I have been reading about some of you with invoice problems. Finally I am having my own trouble. The dates of Ebay's account do not match the amounts they charged and some how in just a few days I have over $500 in fees. My normal bill for a month is $200-$300. Of course the system is down so I can't get in and see what is going on. Is it possible to call them over this? In the past any email I send get a robot reply that offers no help.

My invoices have been messed up as well but not to that extent. I'm not even getting an email now telling me what my bill is for the month. I logged into the invoice thing today and found my bill for August but I have no idea when it will come out of my checking account because the email that says "your payment of $xx.xx will be automatically deducted September 3rd" or whatever.
