I'm looking for input on using both systems together. My main concern is saving money in fees. I have gone through the process of opening an ebay store for my account. Now the question is how to use it effectively.
When you use ebay stores (not vendio stores), do you launch using vendio's system even though it costs you money through vendio?
Do you find vendio to be the better launching and inventory management system?
What about using images? Doesn't ebay charge a per image fee, while vendio includes it in our fees if we use their SMPro?
Do you launch auctions using vendio or use ebay's tools to launch your normal auctions?
I appreciate your input. One more thing... Has anyone attended an official ebay school in their city? I see that ebay is doing something here in Portland very soon and was wondering if it is worth the time.

I use Vendio to launch both my auctions and store items. Typically my store items are items that have been listed in auction format but not sold. I change the format, tweak the price (up or down) and launch from my Vendio post-sale "unsold" items list.
I use the Vendio Variable Power Plan - flat $29.95 no listing fee/1.25% FVF (recommended for more than 300 listings/month - average per item sale less than $30)
I tried Selling Manager on trial when it first came out and dropped it within a week.I didn't like it at all!
I use Vendio post-sale but don't use the checkout portion of the program. At least 80% of my sales are paid through PayPal so I import the shipping information from the PayPal site.
