i think you are only allowed to talk to them on the phone if you "pay" for their "phone support" .... otherwise, post your concern, down in the Community --> Vendio Services ---> Sales Manager and Image Hosting .... if it is very urgent, you might ask them in your message there, to please call you and tell them it's important.
