I actually just took a moment to cognitivly read that gobble on the question from member form. Western Union offers No Protection against Fraud,,,Hmmm, Pay pal should be included in that warning also.

I think WU does to a degree. At least they tell you not to mail until they give you the OK. So they must do some kind of verification check.
PayPal tells you after the fact & by then your screwed.
