Hi,
I recently sold an item and had two more exactly like it. I sent second chance offers to the other two bidders on the item and they both took advantage of it. They paid immediately with Pay Pal and now I can't figure out how to send feedback for them on this item. All three of the winners have paid for this item. I know how to send for the original bidder as they are listed as the winner in the auction description, but I an totally baffled on how to leave feedback for the SECOND CHANCE WINNERS! hELP!

Why are you knocking yourself out over GIVING feed back? You only return what you get. You never hear from them, who cares. You sound utterly FRUSTRATED that you can't place yourself in a position to be slammed right back with a negative. NEVER! give any comments til and IF they EVER do. Otherwise,,,,,You'll one day wake up to your computer and be VERY depressed. You've been here since 2000?

Another Day old and deeper in debt.

When I do a SCO, eBay sets it up like a BIN, but only available to the bidder to whom I am offering; so I haven't had a problem at all on leaving feedback as it shows as an entirely separate transaction.

Did the second highest bidder actually accept the SCO or did they just email you and agree to purchase, then pay? I have had that happen, and it didn't go through eBay's system...

If you go to your feedback area the two auctions should be there. The two you sent second chance offers to, when accepted they become regular auctions. I can't remember if they show up on your seller page though.

Ur rite, Jack. As a seller, I never leave a feedback without receiving one first from the buyer. Else you have no recourse if they are unhappy with the item. Also I check my feedbacks daily and if I get one, I send them one. Works great for me.

That sounds like a great plan. But what if everyone worked like that? Each one waiting for the other? No one would ever leave feedback for anyone cause they were each waiting for the other? Do you find that just as many people leave feedback for you if you wait for them to leave feedback for you first? I have never done it that way. As soon as the payment comes in, I immediately leave the feedback for them. I don't mean to sound nasty or stupid, I am just trying to learn the ropes of FEEDBACK from the experts. Thanks so much....

And your point is ...?

Look, people were selling stuff to each other over the Internet before Pierre ever met his Pez-collecting girlfriend (now his wife).

I know this because I was one of those people.

I sold many antiques and collectibles without the benefit even of *pictures*.

When people want to sell and people are eager to buy, there is always a marketplace.

Listen to the wiser heads here. Feedback means nothing. Don't get caught up in that game and lose sight of the goal line.
