Just looked at my images on the new format. Looks good but I can't see how to alphabetize the list. I don't look for my images by dates, but by name. Anyone know?

At the top of the listing of images are clickable column headers. If you click on "File Name" it should sort alpha-numerically. I think you can select ascending or descending order. You can sort the list by clicking on all of the columns. I just found out that if you click the little box you can "select all" (if you wanted to set up folders) and move en masse to a destination of your choosing. I just wish they would display more than 25 images per page - I can't see where you change that!

I forgot to add that when you are creating listings and attaching images, the "search" box works really well!

Thanks Neglus, it worked! I agree with you about having only 25 per page. Hopefully they will change that.

Click on 'view options' at the top of your images (beside the search tab) and you can change the number of images to display.

THANKS ihh!!! I had to move 16,000 images to folders (maximum unfiled is 10,000) and it was taking me FOREVER to move them 25 at a time LOL...now I'm done!! (I auto renewed them as I went so no more worries about store listings getting deleted)!!

NEGLUS do you list all your E-Bay store listings from Vendio or do you list them from E-Bay?

I list them all through Vendio now...actually they are mostly relists. Before Vendio supported stores I had to list through eBay and it was even more cumbersome than Vendio.

You can view up to 500 images at a time if you click on the tab "view options"

maybedee and neglus -- You're welcome!
I lurk here a lot and I've learned a lot from all of the knowledgeable people here. It was nice to give help for a change!

NEGLUS: You appear to be our resident expert on the new image set-up! I can see that you're very happy with the way it is.

I've "messed" with the various column headings now, and --at least for me-- I can't alphabetize my listing if I have opted for either the "expiration date" or "listing date" for the images. Temporarily I've removed those options, but I can see that I'll need to add them again occasionally to see the pix that'll expire soon.

I do have a question for you, now, if you're not tired of all this!

I've always kept my photos in just one big list because I've never had more than 250 or so, deleting photos when I've heard from the buyer that the item has arrived.

Do you put your photos into various folders, depending on, say, the launch date? How does that work for you? If I want to move a picture from one folder to another when I relist (is that even necessary?), can I do that too? ~Adele
