Hi!!

Thanks in advance to anyone who answers this question....

I cannot create a new listing. When I click on the eBay logo to do so, it takes me through all the steps AS IF IT WERE CREATING A LISTING. It wants the title, shipping, description etc. Then, when I have finished, I save my listing but it does not show up in my pending auctions! In fact, it does not show up anywhere...it's as if I never did the work!

Also, with a pending auction, if I try to copy it, using the link on the righthand side, it will not copy it!

Anyone who has any suggestions as to what my problem is, please advise!

Sounds like you've got more than the default viewing number of auctions in your pending file. I believe the default is 10. Your newly created auctions are probably showing up on page 2. Click on the link on the left side of the page to show all pending listings. To view a larger number of pending listings on the main SM page, go into "My Account" and you will find the link to change viewing preferences in sales manager.

You have encountered a software problem that the techies refer to as 'trying to use eBay'.

added: I know it's not directly eBay. Had to add some humor, though.
