CNN had a good program on it last night.Brought back the nightmare so vividly-my wife lost a cousin on the 92nd floor.

I'll never forget...I'll never forget the number of children in the daycares inside the WTC...who were pulverized into nothing when the towers collapsed. The people who had to choose between death by burning or leaping to their death. Most of them decided to take their deaths into their own hands and jump.
Sadly, those people and 9/11 is all but a distant memory who are using them for political means---and I don't mean JUST the presidential candidates. I mean all the IDIOTS who have erected statues of burning people landing on the NY sidewalk, the toys portraying the airplanes crashing into the buildings, the Parisian books saying that a missile fired by the government hit the Pentagon, lawmakers who imply that Bush knew in advance, professors who write and say the most STUPID things in regards to the tragedy for the sake of being an "intellectual." These are people who walk up to Ground Zero, unzip their flies and piss on the ground that hold the remains of nearly 3,000 Americans.
This nation has chosen to forget and not think about it any more when in fact the footage of 9/11 should be shown EVERY NIGHT on TV to remind us WHAT THOSE WHO WE ARE AT WAR WITH WANT TO DO WITH US.

Unbelieveable that it happened three years ago and still unbelieveable that it happened at all. I had a classmate who was a pastry chef in the Windows Of The World restaurant at the top and it kills me to think what it must've been like in there for her.
This tragedy affected people from all walks of life and from every part of the world. It should never be forgotten. There should be a remembrance holiday to honor the victims' families and to also remind us of what peace and freedoms we lost on that day; I don't mean to sound pompous, but the modern world is a changed place as of that day.
