I got my September eBay invoice on September 18th. It said my payment would not come out in less than 21 days from the date of the invoice (the 15th).
Still nothing. No payment taken out ~ it's October 12th. My next invoice is going to come pretty soon. Will that not come until the payment from last month is taken out?
I wish they'd get their billing back to the way it used to be.

Mine is pretty much back on schedule.
I have it set to automatically charge my paypal account - this should happen tomorrow and I don't know what's going to happen if Paypal isn't up and running? I'm not sure what to do now.

Mine hasn't been right for some time. I get my bill, then they never charge me (my cc or my bank acct.). Then I get hit with a late fee!! I've started just paying it when I get it. I'm not convinced it's ever going to work right. Last time I waited several days before paying just to see if the automatic payment deal would work - it didn't. You might want to go ahead and pay it before you get a late fee.

I went ahead and transfer my paypal balance back to my checking and paid ebay with my ATM card. I think I will now change my method of payment to ebay to pay by check or something. This paypal thing just isn't working.

hey ladyjewels2000 , I paid manually...I went through seller account at ebay. I only owed a few bucks but I like to stay ahead of my ebay fees . So I typed in 13.24 and hit the pay button.It took a few mins but it went through. I got a comfirm email.
