Customer buys a ring from one of my UK listings that showed in the US. First, she ignored the three different mentions of PayPal only on these particular pieces. Eventually agreed to send cash to complete the transaction. Today I get the cash. Rather than convert the $20GBP to USD she instead sends $20USD. Since the ring was listed on the UK site, it was also listed in european sizing. With her payment she requested that rather than send the european sized ring, can I send it in a US size (size listed and size she requested are the same - just different measurement unit).

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?
