After at least 4 years of AuctionWatch then Vendio, I am sorry to say that it isn't fun anymore. With all the price increases and changing things, I have finally decided to try elsewhere. It was a long search, but I finally found a great program that is inexpensive and easy to use. No longer will I have to pay final value fees other than to Ebay.
I've loved Vendio and was very comfortable logging on and scheduling auctions. It's too bad they got greedy...and complicated!
Every once in a while, I would post on this board, but mostly I enjoy reading it and will continue to do so. Good bye, Vendio..it was nice while it lasted.

Sorry to see you go but can you share with us where you will be going. I am contemplating the same thing. I am losing money, while Ebay and Vendio are making more.

gosh annekila .. i don't see anywhere in the account 'help' area that shows how to cancel ... perhaps email [email protected], when you're ready to jump ship, is the answer. ... and just keep copy of your email to them to make it end up fair and square.

You can still post here and not do business with Vendio...I've never given them a penny, and never will. I can't believe people pay so much to host images, there are lots of options out there.

micmic66...they do have many boards. I haven't had the time to read any yet...I have a feeling this thread is going to be stopped REAL soon...and I'm going to be ousted...

I just went to cancel my account and noticed something. I don't HAVE to cancel myy whole account. I just can cancel the Picture Hosting part of it. I'm on the pay as you go plan, so I won't be charged the monthly fee. I'm going to wait until my auctions are finished, though...Don't want to lose pics in the last few days. But...hmm..if I've already paid ahead for the pic hosting..could they stop them the moment I cancel? THIS is what has been driving me nuts.....the "NOT KNOWING" how their system runs anymore..

First, oh behalf of Vendio, I'd like to say we're sorry to see you leave as well. In reviewing your account, I see that you actually were not paying more for Image Hosting. Your Sales Manager fees were high enough to make your Image Hosting free.
Second, we ask everyone to respect our rules and not mention other vendors by name on our forums. We have nothing against this type of information - we're confident that our services stand on their own. We just do not wish our site to be used to promote other services.
