truly. I don't mind paying for the service I use. However...having to pay a minimum "fee" every month kind of sucks. I can do better. VD was great when it was AW. Then it started slipping. And in today's market I believe there can and will be a better competitor - and cheaper!

HEY QUIT EDITING MY POSTS VD!!!

Boy, I'm scared too. My whole post was pulled from the thread! What did I say wrong? I was kidding. But maybe I better stop posting here.....

gg: I am with you. I dont mind paying for the service either -- had just remarked it seemed I wasnt making much money anymore..
Seems weird as there's been plenty of other threads about service comparisons?

Reason number 622 to get a domain name, learn some html and host your own pix.

You don't need to learn HTML or own a domain name. Most ISP's accounts provide 40 megs or so of personal web page space as part of the internet service package. This feature goes largely unused by most customers. A call to your ISP to ask them how to set up an FTP folder is all it would take to find out. I've always wondered why anyone would pay money for auction picture hosting.

I agree with Vendio about not mentioning other listing or image hosting sites but it seems to me if I don't list anything why should I be charged just because they chose to charge me for permanent image hosting. I think I have 4 images on and it will cost me $2.98. I only listed about 5 auctions this month. I think they are catering to the larger seller and maybe they don't want to fool around with us. I do knot know. I think it is time that the monitors get back in and monitor boards. If they are going to charge for their site they need to make is friendly. If you notice they locked that thread but kept the bush one going which had not much of substance to make it a eBay thread. I like Vendio and it is my fault I left my images on so I can't blame them.
