I just got the nicest note today from a guy that I sold a crystal candle holder to sometime early this past spring. He wanted to thank me and ask how to leave feedback because he couldn't find the auction anymore. He also wanted to make sure that I wasn't "mad about having to give it away." (It was a rock crystal candle holder that was in my store for a long time and I put it on auction for $1 and he won.) I told him that I wasn't mad, I put it out there and was happy with what I got for it. I also told him that there was no way to leave feedback on that item anymore.
Just had to share this with you all! Every once in a while people just surprise the heck out of me.

People like this make one of the major plusses about selling on the internet. And I think there are more nice folks out there than the duds.

I got the funniest feedback today. "Wonderful item, my very favorite seller on eBay". What's funny about that? Well, she just paid by Paypal about 10 minutes before, and this was her very first buy on eBay. I wonder how long I will be her "favorite"!

I've had a couple of those and one that left feedback before she paid. All of them new people. I did email the one lady and told her that she really should at least pay before leaving feedback and that most buyers wait until they receive the item. She was so grateful that she came back a bought more.
Sometimes it really is still fun selling on ebay!
