BB Guns, Replicas, Blank Guns and Imitation Guns

eBay does not permit the sale of BB guns, air guns, black powder guns or muzzle-loader guns. eBay permits paintball guns, "airsoft" guns, and replica, "look-alike," and imitation firearms under certain circumstances. "Airsoft" guns may only be sold domestically in the United States. The "airsoft" gun must be located in the U.S., offered only for domestic shipment and the seller must be located in the U.S. Replica and imitation items must have clear markings permanently affixed to the items to the extent required by federal law (commonly a blaze orange plug inserted in the barrel), and must not be readily convertible to shoot a projectile. These rules apply even to novelty items designed to look like firearms.

You can't sell BB guns. You can't sell Jarts. However, in cleaning out my old house I ran across my old Klackers. How old are you? Remember those? All those black and blue marks they made on us? Exploding Klackers?

And THEY are legal to sell on Ebay!

The grandchildren think they are the neatest things! So I'll keep them.

Ebay is anti second amendment. You see, the world is also anti American rights and see gun ownership as a freedom they do not want their people to have.

In Germany, even though Hitler is dead, they still love his 1936 gun ban for jews. He stated

"We are the first major nation to institute gun control, our streets will be safer, our police more effective."

Then he killed 6 million largly unarmed Jews.

Ebay has a maze of international laws to protect itself. I tried to sell some model kit decals and the pulled the ad, WHY? because showing the nazi insignia was a violation of German law. You have to understand, that the old german nazi's were replaced by new german nazi's

Yeah! Right on, Moses!

THANK Ganesh that Gongress & BUSH had the wisdom and foresight to get rid of dat silly ban on ASSUALT RIFLES!

Tis a RIGHT-OF-PASSAGE, not to mention, just good, down-home FUN to go out trekking on a crisp fall day & obliterate a few dozen bunny-rabbits with my trusty AK-47 with KEWL armor-piercing ammo! Scoop 'em up & ya have a ready-made STEW!

Of course those 1000's of US POLICE CHIEFS who begged for continuance of that stupid ban were just tools of the great PINKO conspiracy...

Who cares that the only thing ASSUALT RIFLES are used for is to KILL COPS? REAL MEN don't believe in FACTS or STATISTICS anyway!

If assault rifles were outlawed... only outlaws would have assault rifles.

I would much rather that all my neighbors have assault rifles as well.

I've sold many BB guns on www.auctionarms.com inlcuding a RED RYDER bb gun promo for the Christmas Story movie. Auction Arms started up when eBay banned weapons. You can still sell cap guns on eBay but that's about it. I've done well in the past with auctionarms. I don't sell real guns; leave that to the big boys with the FFL certificates. Bought the red ryder on eBay for $100; kept it for 6 months and sold it for $300 on AuctionArms.

not toybuyer on eBay
