Microsoft downloaded Service Pack 2 a few days ago and I am finding I can't work with Ebay or Vendio while the firewall is active. Anyone else having that problem. As soon as a window pops up the software boots me off line. The only fix I could find was to shut off the Firewall and everything works fine. My ISP is Walmart.

I didn't have that problem. You might try setting eBay and Vendio as trusted sites or exceptions (I don't remember which they are called).
Better yet, get a good 3rd party firewall (e.g., McAfee) and forget Microsoft's. While you're at it, get a router whether you "need" one or not, as it will protect you to a great extent.

I just downloaded service pack 2 this week and have had no problems with ebay or vendio with the firewall on.
