Where would one find that information in the unlikely event PP MAY have a problem down the road, that one could immediately GO to and SEE if they have any problems they are AWARE of.

Jack ... we use THIS forum right HERE to find the system status for PayPay AND ebay ... because this is the first place we come to b!tch about a gl!tch ....
even on ebay's 'system status', it takes them a long time to post anything when they're out of whack.

I finally figured it out, the Paypal Systems Updates are on the eBay System Announcement Board, just to keep things totally confused.
They posted this at 2:27 this morning:
We are aware that PayPal payment notification emails currently do not include the buyer’s shipping address. We are currently working to resolve this issue and we apologize for the inconvenience. In the meantime, in order to access your buyer’s shipping address, please click on the link in the email to "View transaction details."
