Must be the new thing to put into auctions. I saw one just like it the other day - with the Wizard. Seems like it detracts from the auction, you're so busy looking at the wizard and seeing what he's talking about, that you are not reading the auction description. Cute, but it's worse than having music in an auction. Not a good selling point as far as I'm concerned, but to each their own I suppose.

Well if anyone really wants to add him to their auctions, you can purchase him at:

Did I miss something? I looked at the auction and it was of a dog statue. But I didn't see anything in the auction like a wizard or anything.

Do you have Internet Explorer or Firefox? If you have firefox it might not show up.

There is no way you could of missed the wizard it goes over every page you have open!

It doesn't show up with Firefox but I'll take your word for it that it was obnoxious! Not even going to take a peek with IE!

It just dawned on me. I have a firewall up. Would that prevent me from seeing it?

Bizzy, try going to that link above where you could purchase that if you wanted to. He opens right up on that darned page also.

All this for only $2.99!

ACK!

I have no idea about the firewall.

glassgrl -- I tried that too and still can't see him. Isn't that weird? I also tried going through AOL. Nope. Still can't see it. I wonder why?

I run Firefox and it didn't show up. I then loaded IE and it came right up with no problem.

It's just a harmless Javascript thingie, but it is every bit as obnoxious as a pop-up ad.

Another point in favor of using Firefox!

OK - I was curious so I used IE and saw it (I think it's kind of cute but rather distracting) - Firefox pop-up blocker really works!

I went to IE and had to allow 11 cookies and still didn't get to see it. Of course, I am behind 3 firewalls.

I can't see it either. I have AOL ver. 9.0 and it has an awesome popup blocker.

The wizard reminds me of that purple Bonzo Buddy ape, or whatever it was, never shut up & would follow you all over the Internet.

How about this one.

I've tried AOL's browser, which is IE6.0, I have tried IE 6.0 direct, and I have tried Opera, and I still can't see a Friggin Wizard, a tin man, Dorothy, Toto, or Oz. What are you people seeing that I'm not????
