It has been reported on another forum -customer placed order and said he would pay thru paypal.Soon shopowner received a paypal email said you have cash,bla bla bla.
It turned out it is a scam email,it looks just like the paypal email,but if you go to your account and look for that payment,it is not there.

I don't even understand why people pay attention to the emails. Seems that everyone has complained at one time or another that they are delayed, don't arrive, are redirected to spam folders etc.
Isn't it more logical to work directly from the site and simple "file" a payment away once you get the needed info and prepare the order for shipping?

That's the way I handle it too Fenix. I delete the PP notices as they come into my mailbox.
WHen you log into the PP site you see the account overview listing all the payments received. If you click on details you can extract the important data etc - once done, you can move the item by "filing" - when you do this regularly, only the items that have not been shipped appear on the opening pages.
