I had a buyer bid on 18 of my auctions. He told me 3 times that the money order was in the mail. It never arrived. I filed UID's, and got my final value fees refunded. This buyer received 77 negative feedbacks in a month for non payment from 23 different buyers. I know at least one other seller filed also. I wrote to eBay and asked why they were still active. I have just checked my UID's and find that all his strikes on my account has been removed. I don't understand how this can happen.
It is so hard to find the appropriate heading to write to eBay under, none of them seem to apply. Any suggestions?

Sounds like this person's account likely was stolen. Then they bid up a storm. Kind of sucks to be those sellers who will lose out on all of those selling fees.

No it wasn't stolen. I have had several of the other sellers contact me, and we have all had correspondance with the 2 people on the same account all along. When they had bid on 9 of my auctions, I asked them to pay before they bid on any more. I was assured that the money order was in the mail. They then bid on 9 more, and again said the money order was in the mail. In reading the negative feedbacks, this was told to all the buyers. Back surgery was then the reason the reason given for non-payment, but this buyer told me he was having the surgery 2 weeks before he finished bidding on my auctions, and that he had sent the money. I guess eBay fell for it also, and he has persuaded them that it was legitimate. It irks me that someone can do this to 23 people, and then somehow get the strikes removed.
