Never mind. I found it. The only way to do it is to leave them with a strike. Why do I smell a neg coming on???

I *think* I remember seeing that one of the reasons for filing for NPB/FVF was because you don't ship to that country. I'm not 100% certain though. Anybody?

I also believe you can get your fees back if you do not ship to a country that someone bids on. I get a lot of business from Canada, my ebay business would be a lot lower without Canadian bidders. However, if those are your terms, you have a right not to ship.

You cannot use USPS tape for international shipments. That is why it came back.
Yes, Canadians are a pain in the rear, but you can ship air mail to Canada pretty easily. Just package your items in a plain box with normal packaging tape. Use a normal lable, not a priority lable with the proper customs form and you are good to go.
