saw this on an auction...

"Your Winning Bid Is a Contract! Payment is due within 7 days. If you choose not to pay for the auction you must pay for a $5.00 cancel of auction fee to cover all of our fees and expenses. There are no exceptions to this policy!"

good idea, but how do they enforce it???

No way would I put that in my TOS, I think you would just tempt someone to bid just to pizz you off.

Maybe he gets lots of those "I changd my mind, but please don't NPB me" emails.
