Anyone else out there use the "send invoice" from the Items Sold list on their My eBay page? If so, any problems with it lately? I've been using it and until recently thought it was a decent easy to use tool. Last eve I was lucky enough to sell 3 things, used the send invoice gizzmo, all looked well from my end, then when my copies came back to me each one looked different from the other.

None had the PayPal logo in it. Each had this strange combo &#39 randomly 3 or 4 times within my text to the buyer. Two of them had the most annoying big school bus yellow oval PAY buttons on top - honestly they look so irritating and demanding it's terrible. What the heck is going on?

I sent a "help" email last night to eBay and know that I'll likely have another birthday before I hear back - if ever. Any ideas out there? Is this just me? Thanks all.

First thing to do, is to EDIT out any quotes {"} or apostrophes {'} from your default message! THAT email from feeBay perverts those symbols into the gibberish you just described...

I had the same problemo, but Ralphie edited ALL my listings, & things now be peachy-keen!

I just sent out a bunch of invoices and got double copies. Two different copies! One looks like the customer's copy and one is mine. Hopefully, the customer got theirs.

romantiques, that is how my ebay generated invoices have been looking too ... gotta get your wording just right, leaving out
"
',
& (use a '+' instead)

keeping it as character-simple as possible.
