Here my problem. I sold this buyer 3 items on 1/31/05. One is a "lot" of jewelry that contained several new jewelry items. The buyer emails me on 2/7 & tells me that there are problems with her stuff. There are earrings missing to one of the necklaces & a stone missing from one of the necklaces. I email her back & let her know that the item description clearly stated that one of the necklaces did not have matching earrings & asked her which necklace had a missing stone, so I could see if I had another necklace. Well she answered me and I gave her options on how to get the necklace fixed. Mail it back to me, I'll fix it & repay her for postage, or I can send her the stones. I don't believe the necklace had a missing stone because I double check all the items before they go out, but I could be wrong. I do not have another necklace just like it to send her.
I have not heard back from her since 2/8 and have emailed her 4 times now asking her how she wants me to fix this necklace. Also, one of her emails she blasted me about selling this jewelry at a church bazaar where she lived, because people were asking her if she attended this certain church & she did not like that. I assured her that I had never been to were she lived.
Here's my question, should I just forget it? Is there a way to protect myself so she doesn't ask for a buyer refund through paypal? Leave me negative feedback?

ignore her Trinity. She was probably just trying to get you to guve her the money back so she could have a free nechlace. We all get such low lifes from time to time.
