Does anyone know how to automate second Chances offers? I belive Ebay has an option for this feature correct, in ones Ebay preferences?

Go into my ebay and the summary page comes up and it is right on that summary page, about half way down. It will look like this.
Selling Reminders (Last 31 days)
I am awaiting payment for X items.
I need to ship X items and print shipping labels.
I need to leave feedback for X items.
XX items I sold are eligible for Second Chance Offers.
click on the number of items and a box will appear if a second chance offer can be given
