On auction 5970419007, I had a person from Belgium bid on my auction. In my action, it clearly states "no international bidders anymore". I do not want to use a blocker because I have a few international bidders who are my friends, to all them to bid.

When she wrote me to pay, she asked for my bank account and routing information. Her english is very poor. All the reason I do not sell internationally to the public for.

She has now given me bad feedback, but it does not sound like feedback that is ment bad, but her english is so limited, I am not sure I am getting through to her. If she made an illegal bid, can I get the feedback removed. I ask this because it is such a hassle that I want to know before I waste my time on Ebay's boondoggle.

YES, she bid on a USA-ONLY auction, and thus, you can file immediately for a FVF CREDIT & get it immediately!

Just check the box: "From country I donna sell to"

As far as the NEG goes -- HEY! Give feeBay a scream, ya NEVER know, right??

You can put a block on all international bidders, and then go to the "exempt" list and enter the usernames of all your international friends and repeat customers so they can bid.

Yes, I screwed up. I gave her bad info and then hit the button. I have not given bad feedback in a long time, and I forgot to push the "bad feedback" button, as the positive is already the pick and I give positives all the time.

I apparenlty had a senior moment.

I tried to hit STOP quickly. Everything in ebay on my dial up moves slow. this is the one time the response was fast. Murphy's law.

However, I have also did a NPN on her. But it is apparent that an illegal bidder can leave you bad feedback anyways. How do I fix it if I can?
