Hi. I have used the same user ID for several years and have decided to change it. My business has changed direction and I need a user id that more reflects what I am selling now.
My wifes name (very unique) is my id of choice, but has been taken.
Now here is my question. I did a serch by seller and found out that the ID was registered in '98. The owner used it once in early '99 and recieved a neg for his/her troubles. Since that time it has not been used. I have tried e-mailing the owner (contact seller) but have had no reply. I really want to use that ID, but am stumped about what to do next.
Any advice would be wonderful.

No offense, but I had to laugh when you say you'd like to change your user ID to better reflect what you're selling, and want to pick your wife's name. So you're selling the wife?

For one of my user IDs I took my mother's middle name, which is very pretty but not cutesy, and added a couple more syllables that are fairly foreign-sounding. (I know--confusing, huh? But I don't want to give it away right now.)
