What program are you asking about?

Hi aeautos1230,

If you plan to use Vendio you can click "Help" at the top of this page and then scroll down to:

"Complete How To Use Guides"

To cancel an account you can click "contact sales" at the bottom of the page and e-mail a rep at Vendio I believe.

If you can't send inventory item to Ebay,Maybe:

1- You haven't added you Ebay acct.info.
Or
2- You haven't filled in the site specifics for that item.
