I don't think this is a spoof. I have had similar emails & have talked P/P & they have taken care of it. Someone is trying to get into your acct.

This is an OLD spoof -- one of the original PP phishes!
Easy enough to figure out -- in OE, just do: PROPERTIES >> VIEW SOURCE

It's was clearly a spoof. I went to my account to double check the e-mails listed and it was as it should be. Only my address was there. When you hover over the link, it has some off beat address in bottom address bar confirming the spoof.

Every email account I have gets spoof mail from Ebay/Pay Pal on a daily basis. I just open a new email account and the first email in there was a spoof! I do not know how the address got there since I had not emailed anyone or used it in anyway!
Does reporting it do any good? A friend of mine contacted the ISP of the emails and the websites were shut down in less than 24 hours later.
