I've spent a few minutes checking, and I am guessing that Vendio does not do Auction Management for the eBay UK site. Is this true? If so, any recommendations for a site to do inventory launching and Post Sale Management? How about eBay's launcher? Is that any good?

MarketWorks is UK enabled. It also now has channel feed features to allow you to include your inventory in Kelkoo (kinda like Froogle for the UK) searches.

I actually have two Works accounts because, although they do allow you to manage multiple ebay accounts with one account, they are limited to one currency per account.
I love them. I am a former Vendio user and I found it rather clunky. Works is very easy to work with, has some great options built in, a wonderful free store that is completely customizable, and the capability to run any report you could ever dream of.
They offer a two week free trial, which can be extended to three weeks by saying that Replay (who someday will owe me dinner) sent you. Just enter ReplayMedia in the little blank when they ask how you heard about them.
The cost is on par with Vendio but if you fall in love with it you can offset some (or all, depending on how effectively you pimp their services) of the cost thru their referral program.
