eBay doesn't allow certain scripts to run in yer auctions, although it is enforced wierdly...
The VENDIO GALLERY utilizes JAVA -- do you have the code for the GALLERY right in yer listings?
Sometimes feeBay kicks it out...and sometimes it don't!

The best place to post this is on the Community_>Vendio Services->Sales Manager Merchadising Edition (or Inventory if approprate). Those boards are moderated by Vendio CS reps (when they are around) and it's a good way to alert Vendio of a possible problem.

If I recall correctly, abour a year and a half ago this same problem plagued a few sellers. The culprit turned out to be a Paypal banner or button that the Ebay site didn't like.
