The disk has both english and chinese words, the english pretty much said the same thing the chinese words said-name of the company ,the address etc.
The movie is 'water as money',a colloquial in southern chinese dialect (cantonese dialect and is spoken in HK),it usually implies money coming in like water flowing, pretty SMOOTH with no interruption.
The two pictures with arab looking men,i cant see the men,but this is just the first part of the movie where they feature descriptions of the movie, the words said GREAT MOVIE on the first one and then the second one said 10,000 plus people are watching and taking notice of this GREAT FILM!!If you run the movie, you will see those scenes without those chinese characters.

stop: thanks so much!
fenix was absolutely right...superb translating!
I once took an intro conversational course on Mandarin (pin yin); it was fun getting ones tongue to work in different ways and I didn't find it as difficult as some others, but characters were way beyond that intro and us (students).
Guess I just didn't get far enough into the reel. I don't have another reel, so had loops of film carefully balancing on my desk while trying to hold the reel in one hand and taking a pic with the other. If I ever manage to properly view the reel on a projector, maybe I could try getting pics of the proper credits further in.
edited because my keyboard is beginning to wear out.
