OMG that guy spent .35 for THAT auction??? It doesn't even seem to be a joke!!! He must be one of those kinds of bozos that ruin a $20 postcard by taking off the worthless stamp that I am always cursing!

Did you see that he is selling a 'first edition' book for 400.00? He admits it says 15th edition on the inside.

PM, his $400 auction for the AA book is actually in line with the market. The first editions of many books are still "First Edition" and multiple printings. It is the # of the printing that determines the value.
On AA books an original 1st Edition, 1st printing could easily run Thousands of Dollars, so subsequent printings of the first addition still hold their value.
Check out Gone with the Wind. The first Edition had over 20 printings in its first year. The 1st/1st will run about $2k, the 1st/15th can usually still be had for about $40 which to me still seems high considering the number of books in circulation by the time the 15th was printed 6 months later.
Just checked his auction again and he has a bid. So someone thinks his 15th edition is worth $400.
