I am having a problem revising an item description. In fact it has been going on a few weeks, before that, it was working fine.
Now when I hit alternative view, to revise the description, it brings me to a whole new listing of the same item. As if I hit sell similar. Several emails and chat sessions with Ebay have not resolved the problem, they have referred me to Vendio. Anyone else having problems? Solutions? Thanks for any help!

What is alternative view? I have never seen anything like that when I revise. I always get the revise item, then revise description. Sounds like you are going somewhere that isn't compatible.

When I hit edit description, it is not there, and it says, if you cannot view description, use this alternative, and there is a link to a different page. Then I am able to view the description, and edit it. But the bottom of the page does say submit revision, it says continue, and then if I keep going it submits the item as a whole new listing. I have explained this to Ebay via email, and live chat, and they seem to think its Vendio's problem!
