I just l@@ked at the DETAILS on a Shipment to Canada. $37.00 total pay pal. There is a .37 cross border fee taken by Pay pal. Cheap!!! Cheap! Cheap!

Yeah! Those of you who sold Outside of the U.S. click the Details button,,,,,,now click the NEXT button........you'll see.......they are Actually intentionally hiding this fee!

Jack! Can't believe you're accepting international PayPal payments!? We've switched all international to BidPay and don't seem to have any of the problems now that others have mentioned about PayPal chargebacks since there wasn't any seller protection.
When PayPal gets things moving on the Canada confirmed addresses, we'll reconsider.

OMG JACK! I just checked and it's not just getting charged on Canadian transactions - it's ALL foreign!!! and it's about 1% on the sales price + s/h!! WTF!! when did they sneak THAT in????
I finally found where they talk about "cross border fee" (it's not on the main fee table - it's a special click):
Transaction Fees for Cross-Border Payments - United States
Fees for receiving payments from buyers outside the United States
You are currently being charged the Cross-Border Merchant Rate of 3.2%.
