I was just wondering before I post FB for a NPB who is now no longer registered. I have reported them and already gotten my FVF credit. I know ebay was thinking about a FB change along these lines?
That should be user not used in the title.

No, they cannot. However, once re-instated they can leave it. I've run into that situation. Cost me an undeserved neg.
If they are booted now, you've done your job by applying for your FVF.

Well that takes care of my next question. I was wondering why no one else had left her a neg. It's a real shame as she has over 150 FB w/o a neg. Makes you wonder what could have happen to her??
