just saw astory on the news about a woman who received a damaged collectible and tried to use paypal's 'buyer protection pgoram'. bottom line; she got nothing. she was forced to get an estimate and after weeks of waiting was told that the claim was closed and absolutely NOWEHRE with her claim with Paypal's BUYER PROTECTION.
I've always felt that Paypal's BUYER PROTECTION was worthless. anyone have a positive experience?

I read the actually Buyer's Protection info when it first came out. I can't believe anyone that reads the fine print would actually pay for it.
PP was betting that no one would read the TOS and I'm sure they have made tons of $$$ on those who don't bother to find out what they are really paying for.
