I need to fly under the radar for a while
1. Can I start a new ebay ID with the same credit card I have on file now??

2. Will I need a different email address also??

Where do I start?? I have looked high and low and cant find a link to "Add ebay ID"

I don't believe there is an option to "add another ID." If I recall, and unless they've changed it, I simply registered again with the new/different info.

If your ISP permits, add another email there, or simply use a disposable yahoo or hotmail one.

If you use a free email account (yahoo, hotmail, etc), you will be required to have a credit card on file even if you only use the account to bid.
