I want to have the paypal logo at the top of my page? I see it on everyone's page but I can't find where to add it at the top - I have the paypal logo at the bottom but not the top.

Are you talking about in the box at the right under your feedback, contact seller, etc?
If so, you probably need to change your preferences under your profile in PayPal to turn on the "paypal preferred" or "automatic logo insertion". It probably won't add to current auctions, but new listings should featured it (if that's where you're wanting to see?)

That's were I want it but it doesn't appear to be working. It's the box that says Buyer's protection etc. I have it but a friend set up a new id and wants to add it but we can't figure out where to go to include it? We did the prefer paypal and everything - it still doesn't show? It also add the paypal logo behind your item in a search listing.

I just checked her ebay preference and she has it check "yes" to offer buyer's protection etc and she has already launched a test auction - nothing???
I think she is going to have to call paypal?
Think maybe this won't display until she gets some FB or something???
I am stumped!!!!!!!!!!!
