Hi......I cannot put multiple sales onto one e-bay invoice. Think I'm following directions, but cannot find where to click "Combine Items".
Only one of the buyers's wins will come up. Supposed to show all of them, but cannot get that to happen. I'm clicking on Send Invoice from the E-bay Items Sold page and only one will come up. Surely I'm missing some very easy step???!!!??

You can try going into your ebay e-mail notice of item sold, then click on invoice. You should get a list of all wins for this customer. Then click box beside each one, put in shipping and send. Hope it works for you.

After you click the boxes you have to hit recalculate. Then you probably are going to have to recalculate the shipping charges and insurance. eBays shipping calculator is screwing up again (has been going on for months) and I found out tonight that my preferances were changed. Just more eBay software problems because of the IT idiots screwing around with the system.

If your buyer has checked out on each item individually, there is nothing you can do to combine the items.

OOPS..this is neglus not pixiamom! We are both visiting Mom tonight and I guess she was signed in.

If you have a checkout redirect set up, it won't let you combine within eBay...or at least that's what ProStores tells their customers.

I do believe TnErnie is correct. I have run into that once or twice. I have Vendio checkout redirect enabled and when a buyer try's to checkout through ebay they could not combine their items there. I asked them to follow the link for the Vendio checkout where the items were combined and all was well.
