I have SO much to do but thought I would take a break and look at ebay matchups with my cup of coffee...a postcard seller has put up a lot of match ups lately so I looked at her "Me" page and what do I see on her logo? A VERY familiar "Open 24 hours" sign - one that I crafted from an image I have that I use for my store logo (I replaced some French Cafe sign with my "Open 24 hours" with IFAN). I couldn't BELIEVE IT! So I did a side by side comparison - and FOR SURE she lifted my image and pasted it on her store. JEEZ~~~!!! Not a federal offense or even reportable but you'd think that she'd at least make her sign herself!Ok rant is done

Boy that bites. Isn't that against ebay policy? I would say that's the same as stealing a photo - what's the difference?

LOL Pixiamom just called me to suggest that I do a matchup of the two images. I am SO tempted but I guess it's enough to air it here - feel better already. Thanks for the therapy!

Neglus, you are not being petty. It is annoying when people steal you hard work.
I have the same problem with a seller who is too darn lazy to do her own thinking. She stalks my listings copying format and style and has recently been copying my photo style as well.
They say imitation is the sincerest form of flatter but flattery has never done much for me and when they imitate my business style, it just ticks me off!

It is easy to see from the degraded quality of her jpeg that she resaved yours and didn't come up with the same idea. That is a dead giveaway that it is a resaved file.

Exactly Photo - and what is the chance that she would come up with a vertical window pane like mine has behind the sign?Well I did a "makeover"! LOL
