Anyone who uses Vendio to list and has a group of saved templates, please help. Suddenly some of Vendio's brand-new templates, NONE of which I can use, have appeared in my list, and I see no way to delete them. They're really clogging my list. Any ideas? And have some been added to your list too?

Yes - I saw them in SMPro the other night and was wondering how the heck it got there.
I have not tried to delete so I can't help there. Try posting this on the Vendio Services.

Vlad, a moderator, answered me by suggesting I go to My Account, Template Preferences, Saved Templates, hilight the unwanted one, and hit delete. It doesn't work for me. If it does for you, please tell me step-by-step how you did it! Verrrrry frustrating, and I can see that this could be a BIG problem in the future if, everytime they add more templates to their offerings, they automatically put them in OUR saved templates! Could get unworkable and bulky to use them at all!

I couldn't delete them either - mine is very bulky and hard to use. Maybe the "delete" function is broken?

I tried to delete also and it doesn't delete. I tried to see if I could move it to the bottom but that didn't work either. This is a Vendio problem so they need to fix it!!
I'll add to your post on the Vendio Services and see if we can get it fixed.

Here's the answer I got from Christopher. If any of you are also having this problem, I urge you to go to Vendio Services and add your comments to my original post. IT'S IMPORTANT THAT VENDIO KNOW WE AREN'T HAPPY WITH THIS, AND THE MORE THE MERRIER.
Sorry for the confusion, you are correct in that those 7 specific new templates are not deleting the same as all the others in your account at this time.
We do not plan to add new templates automatically everytime they are released, this was a one time deal only.
While these were defaulted on for all users, there should be an option to delete them the same as your regular templates and we'll have someone check into that asap and post back so you know when you can remove these 7.
Any templates outside of those specific new ones you should be able to delete no problem, so please let us know if you were having trouble deleting them in general or if it was just the new ones you wanted to get rid of.

I was wondering about that too, thought I had gone loony or something. They looked alright but I put my pictures up top and to side so I can't use them unless I edit them, at least I think we could edit them save them and then maybe you could delete them?? Haven't tried that rount but they say you can delete any you save so if you save them rename them , then maybe you can delete them. But when you sync again I wonder if the originals will go back into the list? Anyone try this let us know if it worked or not. I can't right now got to go, maybe later.
