The wonderful people of the town met this plane full of soldiers with food and cleaning items GOODNESS and MERCY... That alone made me cry... I am SOOO grateful to God that he is home safely in one complete piece.
I have written my daily email to "GWB" ....todays letter was good news...
Did you know if you use GWB in your mail and use spell check.. you have to personally click the button that says "ignore"... Hard to ignore the one and only person in the world who has the power to start and stop ALL things! BUT today clicking ignore put a smile on my face

Thank you all for sharing our joy...
Neg: My brother says that Kevin landed at a military airport in the Twin cities? We were all very touched with the gifts they shared with these men and women coming home. Here's to the good folks of

Lady... I bought a yellow rubber bracelet last summer on ebay that says "until they all come home" It's not coming off today... I hope soon, but not today... Our friend Diane's 19 year old son leaves Friday for Hell. He is a private in the Army and will be patrolling streets in Baghdad. The prayers continue...

Please tell Kevin that we all appreciate the sacrifice he has made. Our prayers are with him and all the other service men and women overseas in Iraq and other locations.

I saw something like that on NBC news last night - where these vets and others line up to greet these soldiers days after day. One of them that they interviewed he was a Vietnam Vet and said that he never wanted anyone to go through what he went through when he came home. I have to admit it brought a tear to my eye. The soldiers got off the plane to a receieving line and they were like "what?".

Dear Glass girl... Thanks so much for sending me that link. I book marked it and will show my brother tomorrow morning when he stops in for coffee. I am very grateful that was the icing on the cake of happiness today!
