For future reference, you can access your invoice by following these steps:
Go to the eBay Home page.
Click My eBay at the top of the page, and sign in with your eBay User ID and password.
Click the "Seller Account" link (below My Account in the left navigation menu).
Click the "Invoice" link.

This looked legite especially the amount due. But one clue to it being a scam is the spelling of October.

REAL Paypal page says (hovering over the Welcome bar):
http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_home
fake email link page says:
http://paypal.checking-card.com/webscr.php?cmd=_login-run
One thing I like about Mozilla FireFox. If I type in www.paypal.com I get a YELLOW https: bar which shows that it goes to (automatically) an https (secure) screen.
I don't get a yellow search toolbar on the fake login page from the email.

Never click a link in an email to anywhere you have to sign in. Well any link really.
Here is what my legitimate email looks like from ebay it does have links in it but I still don't click links to any place I have to use my user ID or passwords. It also has at bottom of email about spoofs.....
