I am cruising Ebay where I found that this seller blatantly posts a website on the listing page. How do they get away with it?

Easy. No one's reported them yet.
You don't think eBay polices this stuff themselves, do you?

Maybe they don't know they can't list their website cause they have not had em shut down yet. Of course ignorance is no excuse but I know lots of sellers that would love to find a way to get their website on to the auctions themselves and not just the ME page.
Hummm reminds me I need to redo my me page some and get my store link in there somehow, just call it a website of mine? or something.

This seller has a HUGE link in every auction to his commercial website for off-ebay sales.

mama: I don't think anyone here posts a thread not expecting a response.
fluffy is not known for her treacly posts. While she has her moments (don't we all!), her info was not meant as a chop at you, was accurate and, as usual, to the point.
I'm thinking maybe you now know you were ready for a break from the screen, in order to make a fresh cuppa joe?

I am ticked myself about this. I reported a seller who was using my images AND has a link to their website on their auction page. EBAY refuses to address the problem.
I'm tempted to put my website on my auction page just to get eBay's attention. Then , they might respond to the emails.
I even wasted my time talking to Live support this weekend. They just refered me back to the help page and told me to report the auctions again. Jerks!

Mamachia, You also managed to post an auction about another of my pet pieves. New items being listed in the antiques category. Oh God, don't get me started on that one.
