Just a warning to everyone that accepts PayPal payments only from US confirmed buyers.
PayPal has made changes to their system. If you had only accept US confirmed payments, that no longer applies. PayPal changed the system to block only USA unconfirmed payments. What that means is PayPal defaulted everyone to accept unconfirmed international payments. You will need to go to your account and fix your receiving preferences and check the boxes that state: Have non-US PayPal accounts.
What really sucks about what they did was I had all unconfirmed to be blocked. Now it only applies to USA unconfirmed only. I had an international buyer pay me with PayPal and I was wondering how that happened when I had international payments blocked. What was worse about this one is they paid before I sent out a WBN and paid the USA shipping amount. Of course I refunded right away and sent the proper WBN notice on how to send payment with the correct international shipping totals.
Just another reason to not accept PayPal. At work, they dropped it and sales actually went up. Me at home, I am simply too small potatoes to not accept PayPal, but it sure does suck.

If your workplace accepts credit card, then it is no different than Paypal, most overseas addresses are not confirmed.
It just sucks when they screw around with options when you have it set. Worse yet, is when you absolutely know that you haven't changed them on your own.
