I bought a new computer this summer and am still learning the "ins and outs" of it all...Question about e-mail...I wrote a "new message" and made some changes and the message was "saved to drafts"...The draft page shows the message was sent BUT does NOT show up in the "Sent" page. Was the message sent or do I need to transfer the "Draft" message somehow to my "out" box...and, if so, how? Thanks for help...

If its not showing up in your sent folder it wasn't sent ....just click on it in your draft fold and hit send.

Now I AM feeling stupid...There's no "forward" showing up...clicked on "messages" across the top but the "forward" was not activated/blocked out. When I originally wrote the e-mail, I added an image and that's when I got the message that my e-mail had been "saved to draft". Luckily, I printed a copy of the message (maybe anticipating a problem?) so I'm thinking I'll just re-type the e-mail and try again...It REALLY shouldn't be all this complicated...

I think I've somehow "lost" the toolbar or some such thing as, when I click on "read mail", the little "send/receive" words aren't there anymore. And I thought I was doing so well with this new machine...How do I get this back?

Wish there was some way to delete all the previous messages...Decided to just re-do it and all is fine now...My apologies for taking up space on this board...

If it is in the draft window. You have to DOUBLE click it to make it come open in new window and then click send. IF you did not configure your email with your ISP then it won't send and should tell you your email is not configured. If you configured the email with your ISP then it should send and then show up in your sent folder.

Thanks, "irked"...I'll file your info in my "good to know" file. Appreciate your help...Figure in about a year or so, I'll have this all figured out.
