Well, I've downloaded and tried out the "original" SYI, but can't get to the NEW SYI. THe button that's supposed to download it keeps kicking me back to the original. And Ebay is a study in frustration when trying to get help either by live help or email....Anybody know the secret?

Make sure you have Javascript enabled and the button should work. (eBay recently made Javascript mandatory for certain actions.)
