I dont know about any of you but customers that swear at me just really make me mad. Had one yesterday that chose use what I call the "F" bomb in a dispute. At this point in time he is not getting anything from me. But what really ticks me off is that his feedback score is 88%. Two of the feedback is that he is basically a jerk. One says that he swore and one says that he is a theif. Which is the case with us since Paypal gave him his money back and he got to keep the merchandise. Why does ebay let people like this stay on here? I just don't get it!

Its important to check feedback on bidders as the bids come in. I canceled bids on a buyers yesterday because of lousy feedback. It was a disaster waiting to happen with this jerk.

Bruce,

Don't get mad - get even!

Report them to eBay as non-paying bidder, report them to PayPal for non-return of item, and finally (and most importantly) report them to the USPS Postal Inspectors for mail fraud. You can follow up with a call to local Police in buyer's jurisdiction which may get your item or money returned.

Report a PayPal mail fraudster

As to the reason they are still on eBay - well not enough sellers have reported them as a non-paying bidder, for feedback extortion, harassment or whatever. All that evil requires is for good men to do nothing.

Forward the f-bomb e-mail to safe harbor, let them know that you find it extremely offensive and that it is a consistent problem (according to his feedback). Time to get this dirtbag naru ~ no one should have to deal with that kind of language and attitude while transacting on eBaY!

Oh I fully agree. I have contacted ebay directly by phone and email. But now I have had to invest way too much time on this case. I just feel this is a real issue. I guess the thing that made me so upset was that he didnt even give me the opportunity to fix the error...he just went ahead and did a chargeback and left a negative. Then, oh and this is the thing that really gets me boiling about this, his complaint changed on three different occasions. First, he only got three discs...when I told him that we may be a big operation but I personally handle all of the packaging so this issue doesnt arrise...he then figured that that complaint held no validity so he changed it to say that he only got pre order discs and not the full game as stated in auction...my auction is TITLED Pre Order discs and states right in the auction that the full game is not included (duh! as my son would say)...so then he must have figured out that wasn't going to hold so he moved on to the fact that he was charged 10.00 in shipping...I corrected him YET again and explained that he was charged 6.47 for shipping and I wasn't quite sure why he would be upset with it since the calculator for shipping was right there!! AHHHHHH just makes you want to scream. I have reported it, left a negative, and am MOVING on...another customer complaint down...I am sure I will have more down the road. The thing is we hadn't received any negatives for over 4 months now it is like a big zit on our blemish free features!

don't worry about zits, like I tell my teenage son.
People who like you will like you zits or not
