I got this today. At first, I thought it was a spoof, but went to paypal.com and signed up through their site. Hopefully this is a step in the right direction.

That's all well and good for powersellers. Unfortunately, the majority of sellers on Ebay are not powersellers. That leaves a whole lot of people in the dust.

I think it's great that we can now ship to 190 countries with protection.
I have 2 accounts attached to one paypal - one is a PS one isn't. I wonder how that will work.
